Thotupola Residence – Policy

Check-In & Check-Out:

• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Valid ID or passport required at check-in.

Reservations & Payment:

• Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

Cancellation & Refunds:

• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may incur full booking fees.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days.

Guests & Visitors:

• Only registered guests are permitted in rooms after 10 PM.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.

Smoking & Alcohol:

• Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

• Outside alcohol not allowed in public spaces.

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed unless specially approved by management.

Safety & Liability:

• Please secure valuables. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Guests must comply with all safety instructions provided by staff.
