Welcome to Thotupola Residence. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Reservations & Payments:
All bookings are subject to availability. An advance payment or deposit may be required to confirm your stay. The balance is payable upon check-in or as agreed.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a refund (excluding transaction fees). Late cancellations or no-shows will incur full charges.
3. Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
4. Guest Responsibility:
Guests must treat all facilities and property with care. Any damage will result in charges for repair or replacement.
5. Liability:
Thotupola Residence is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to guests’ property, except as required by law.
6. Policy Updates:
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
