I use only clay chatbes; delicately glazed. Fired clay pots and handmade spoons out of coconut cells and wood handles to spice up the dish. preserve the incredible smell and taste in daily cocking and serving.
it's a huge and excising on 1st day for everyone myself included. But it's a blessing and privilege i must say for being able to show my cooking in its origin from at my fully earth worn kitchen at Thotupola Residence.
